The “ground” has been the connective tissue at the urban scale and the architectural scale. There is abundant transportation infrastructure in Hong Kong, which occupies much of the city’s space. This project attempts to recalibrate the “ground”, prioritising medium-scale collective use over the infrastructural scale.
