CUHK architecture alumni Patrick Lam (MArch 2010) and Kan Chan (MArch 2013) have been awarded the 2022 A&D 40 Under 40 Award .

Organised annually by Perspective Magazine, the 40 Under 40 Awards recognise 40 talented designers who are under the age of 40 and work primarily in the Asia-Pacific region, from the fields of architecture, art, interior design and product design.
