The School of Architecture’s 2025–26 Spring Public Lecture Series, “Architecture as Agency,” responds to an era marked by crisis, disruption, and social inequality. The series convenes three speakers who discuss how architecture can be practised, taught, and researched. The lectures address topics that engage with material form in everyday life, pedagogical approaches, and landscape urbanism. We explore whether architecture, as a discipline of intervention, has the capacity to respond critically and creatively to our current spatial, social, and environmental challenges.
