Notes for Applicants

Who should apply

Architects, Planners, Developers, Estate Managers, Engineers, Surveyors, and Contractor who are interested in the subjects, working on projects requiring them to have a deeper understanding of the topics, and/or wishing to upgrade him/herself in this important field of learning & scholarship.

Admission

Applicants for the programmes should have graduated from a related programme of a recognized university, and should have obtained a bachelor's degree not lower than second class.

All courses will be conducted in English. Applicant must have a good command of written and spoken English.

Priority will be given to applicants with 2 of more years of related working experience in the building industry.

Fee (2009-2010 & 2010-2011 intake)

2 year part time MSc programme is HK$55,000 per academic year.

1 year full time MSc programme is HK$110,000.

Fee (2011-2012 intake)

2 year part time MSc programme is HK$60,000 per academic year.

1 year full time MSc programme is HK$110,000.
