Site Background -
Labazhi village committee has 8 small village groups. Villagers live in poverty. Initially, above the 10m river, a bridge was built using two decks, but due to the annual flooding during the rainy season washing away the middle column, there is no alternative but to shorten the construction to a 8m single hole wooden bridge. The two retaining walls on each side are 2.5m in height. 3 people have fallen from the river, in which one died and two broke their bones and became disabled.
